Statement of Delivery Methods and Timelines
Asset Technology is pleased to offer complimentary delivery of purchased hardware to your site as part of our service in the Tucson and Phoenix metro areas. All other areas will have a major carrier (UPS, FedEx) transport and deliver your purchase. Please note, Asset Technology only sells and ships to individuals or companies within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico, in compliance with manufacturers’ territorial and governmental restrictions.

For all items in stock, we ship within 2 business days of completed purchase via common carrier. Once picked up, we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. Delivery times will vary according to your chosen method of delivery options.

For any items out-of-stock or special order, we will provide you with an estimated receipt date, and calculate your delivery time based on when we are slated to receive that item. In many cases, we can “drop-ship” unstocked items directly from our supplier,  thus reducing the time it takes for you to receive your item.  Please contact a Technology Specialist for more information about these special circumstances.

Statement of Warranties, Refunds, and Returns
Asset Technology strives to ensure your satisfaction with each and every service or product you receive from us. To that end, we offer the following policies:

Products:
All our recommended and supported products have a one-year (1 year) parts and labor warranty, unless specifically stated differently in the product manufacturer’s documentation. Repair or replacement of defective equipment is at the sole discretion of Asset Technology and its Technology Specialists. All warranty terms are based upon the date of purchase from Asset Technology.

Services:
We’re exceptionally proud of our timely and comprehensive services! However, we recognize sometimes we are unable to predict the behavior of our clients’ technology, and to that end we guarantee our labor for the following periods:

  • 30 days for all software installations, updates, or repairs
  • 7 days for repairs of virus-related infections
  • 1 year for all hardware installations, including cabling

Exclusions and Exceptions:
There are always circumstances that cause technology to act unpredictably, and we must make accommodations for those events. Asset Technology will not warranty any product that has been abused or misused, nor will we provide replacement or repair service for any item under dispute of these terms.  Additionally, any services performed by others which cause issues with an Asset Technology installation or service cannot be warrantied by Asset Technology, and will be subject to additional charges to correct the trouble.


Returns/Refunds:

All returns must be made to your Technology Specialist in accordance with your client contract. For those customers making purchases over the web through the Asset Technology website, you must contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization number prior to sending your item to us. Any related refunds will appear as a credit memo to your account, or, for web purchases, a refund will be made to your credit card if paid with such, or a company check will be issued for any check, money order, or cash purchases within 30 days or receipt of returned merchandise.
